It’s Sunday evening and the Monday morning rush looms (again?!) We got into such a lovely, lazy morning routine during the Summer holidays and I think it’s fair to say that we are finding it hard to break! I’m hitting my snooze button way too many times in the morning, which is fine right now as we live a 3 minute walk from school but soon that won’t be possible as the house move means we will be further away. School uniform is organised the night before, as are bags, but I just can’t seem to get out of bed! I’m in the process of working with Cerebra to try and help sort out Jack’s very problematic sleep and I have a feeling that 5 years of sleeping no more than 4 very disturbed hours a night are finally catching up with me! If anyone has any helpful advice on how I can break my need for never ending sleep, I would love to hear from you!
